To be eligible, items should be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With all original tags attached

• Free from damage, stains, or odors

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate or final sale products may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help with exchanges, subject to product availability.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process the exchange as quickly as possible and keep you updated along the way.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items
