Yoga asana is the physical practice we think of when we hear the word Yoga. However, Yoga is much more than just the physical postures. It includes other practices such as pranayama, meditation, etc.
Yoga asana is a powerful vehicle for change. As you build strength, you start to believe in your own potential.
See it’s not the physical postures themselves that matter, but rather what they do for us internally. See it goes beyond the physical. The question becomes, “What changes at a deeper level when I’m in these postures?”
