Shanti Mantra

Shanti Mantras or “Peace Mantras” are Hindu prayers from the Upanishads, where they are invoked in the beginning of the discourses/topics. They are supposed to calm the mind of the reciter and bring tranquillity to the environment around them. They are also believed to remove any obstacles for the task being started.
